INCONEL 718 powder

Description

INCONEL 718 is a high-strength nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to resist a wide range of severely corrosive environments. At high temperatures this nickel steel alloy also displays exceptionally high tensile, fatigue and creep properties.

With a melting point of 1430°C nickel-based super alloy INCONEL 718 is well suited for applications requiring high strength in temperature that can typically range from cryogenic up to 700°C. This making INCONEL 718 perfect for manufacturing engineer components for liquid-fueled rockets rings, casings and various formed sheet metal parts for aircraft and land-based missiles’ gas turbine engines, and cryogenic tankage.
